Public Tours
If cancellations are made less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled departure date or participants fail to show, we are unable to provide a refund or reschedule.
Private Tours
Cancellations made less than 1-month prior will forfeit 50% of the tour cost, and we are unable to reschedule. If cancellations are made less than 7 days prior to scheduled departure date or participants fail to show—the full tour amount will be charged, and we are unable to reschedule
Dolphin Sanctuary Kayak Tours reserves the right to cancel any tours due to inclement weather conditions. Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions are offered a full refund or rescheduled tour date. Our refund policy does not cover travel or accommodation booked by the passenger. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.
